Deadline Update: Due to the ongoing flood of information regarding changes in our political scene and their impact on every aspect of our lives, FWJ has decided to keep readers informed through supplements to FWJ Winter 2025 The Others, which we will publish (online only) every week or two, throughout the Spring and Summer. The link will be posted here and also on Valentine’s Substack, where readers may leave comments and engage in conversation with the editor and other readers. Therefore the deadline for submissions to FWJ Collateral Damage 3: Boots on the Ground is extended to July 1, 2025, and the deadline for the cookbook/memoir Figs in Winter is extended to July 30, 2025.
